Commonly Asked Questions

What is your return and exchange policy?

  • Returns and exchanges must be made 14 days upon receiving your order.  Returns made after the 14 days will not be accepted.

  • All returns must be received in original NEW condition. We will not refund any item that has been worn or washed and we reserve the right to reject any return due to the above. 

  • Return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer

  • Delivery charges are nonrefundable

  • Any "Final Sale" items are not eligible for refunds

  • Refunds will take 7-10 business days

  • Exchanges can only be made when it is a color or size change of the same item.  If a new style is needed, please place a new order and we will gladly refund your other item.

  • The Hugs Shop is not responsible for any returns lost by couriers.

  • Please note:  All hats, earrings and All re-purposed designer products are non-refundable.

How will my order ship?

All items will be shipped USPS.

What do I do if I received an incorrect item or damaged?

If you received an incorrect item or one that is damaged, please message us on Facebook or email us karen@thehugsshop.com within 5 business days from the date of delivery.  Please include a picture of the damaged or incorrect item.  We will be happy to send you a replacement.
